At RealmStock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RealmStock account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
